WeSports acquires fitness specialist Zidcore

WeSports acquires Zidcore AB, the leading Nordic fitness gear e-commerce specialist. Zidcore operates Nordic destinations for training machines, gym equipment and related fitness accessories.

Consumer destinations are traningsmaskiner.com, trainging365.no, traeningsmaskiner.com and lastexperten.se.

Zidcore has shown an average annual growth (CAGR) of approx. 20 percent over the past three years and had sales of approx. SEK 130 million in 2020 and an operating profit (EBIT) just shy of SEK 15 million. The company will be consolidated within WeSports from 1 Dec 2020.
